Journal Entry 001 | We’re here to evolve

There’s so much to share since the last update — so I’ll just jump in.

About 6 months ago, I sold everything and moved to Bali… and then Italy… then Portugal. As I write this, I’m in Toronto again, visiting family and friends but I’ll be leaving again to Italy because I know that’s the place the currently fills my soul and allows me to feel fully aligned with who I am and it’s liberating. 

Yet, it wasn’t always like this and I should probably rewind to 1 year ago today to explain what happened to make such a massive leap. Essentially, I decided to finally hire a coach..

I was going through a career and life transition and needed to find clarity, deeper purpose and enthusiasm again. I didn’t think I could really afford a coach or it seemed like a “luxury” but I did it anyways and committed for 1 whole year. I had read all the books and did lots of inner work, but still felt stuck. Then we worked together and everything changed. I created an effortless, authentic and thriving Design and Branding Studio (with no graphic design experience). I loved my clients and the work we did together. Everything really came to me effortlessly. I also made double digits every month for a year which was a really nice shift too. Yet, overtime I became a bit burnt out and needed a deep reset and refresh. I decided that I was gonna go on a yoga retreat to clear my mind. To say the retreat was transformational is an understatement. I came home, sold everything, broke up with my fiancé and my authentic nomadic life began. I was finally free from a life I did not choose - mentally, physically, spiritually and yes, financially. 

As I travelled I began to attract other women who also wanted to create a business, become successful or simply live a life on their own terms. I shared what I learned about the subconscious mind, paradigms, self-identity and of course energy and it began to resonate and shift their limiting beliefs quickly. I loved seeing the enthusiasm and shifts in these women on a deeper level and wanted to do it more. I was hooked. I began learning more about the subconscious, taking coaching certifications and going deeper and deeper into how to help other women create the shifts in their life I saw in mine. Did I mention I found the love of my life?

Now here we are. 1 year later after doing that deep work.

I’m the same woman but feel evolved to serve at a deeper level because as much as we love beautiful branding and websites (which are important) your actual mindset shift is the true number one indicator of alignment and success. THIS was the missing link for me, for my clients and it probably is for you too. 

Yet, success is not always a six-figure income or the perfect home or partner, it’s how YOU define success. What makes you truly happy and at peace. What is your worthy ideal you actually wish to pursue? 

My purpose now is to guide women who wish to find that inner freedom: perhaps that means starting there own business, perhaps you already own your own business but are struggling with growth and stability or maybe, you want a different lifestyle that is more in tune with your energy, growth and peace. All are possible.

I am excited to finally serve deeper.
